That means you have drivers, But due to a bug in drivers it fails to bind the texture. You should probably upgrade to latest drivers

I think he meant crash, thus asking for help. Intel GMA 3600 supports OpenGL 3.0, so missing drivers may be the case.

I only added those Shaders from "ePSXe Shader Pack" as default to PPSSPP that feels necessary to me. But, if you guys want to use all the shaders of "ePSXe Shader Pack" in PPSSPP, I'll upload it here ...

It's very possible to pass bloom and other effects through our Shader generators just for that game. But, it isn't worth trouble, as we have another alternative solution -> Post-Processing Shaders.

Strange. It shouldn't crash and instead gives an error. Which is the specific shader that crashes PPSSPP? Or all of them crashes the emu?

I have that same problem in ATI GPU. Do you know how to make custom builds? Try changing framebuffer sizes in framebuffer.cpp, Try forcing it to 512x512 and see if that helps!
