But with native resolution you will always get blur, unless you play on old CRT monitor

You must set Rendering resolution to 2x or 3x and Texture filtering to nearest. Native resolution will always be blurry on big screens

The problem was apparently Vsync. When I disable it, there was no more slowdowns. Screen tearing is however present and "prevent FPS from exceeding 60" does nothing. Or I am missing something?
