post the intension is to report the problem to the developers .. in the new user interface ... to change the language not saved .. (Tested on Android, Windows 7/8 (64 bits)
I hope they can fix it and when so .. please close the post .. greetings and many thanks for the excellent work ..

Have you tried changing the language manually by editing the ppsspp.ini file? You can try that until the developers fix the problem

The new UI is not finished at all, so you should wait
