We don't return SCE_ERROR_UTILITY_INVALID_STATUS in sceUtilitySavedataUpdate.
JPCSP also have this probrem.
This time I am no idea to fix it.

It's probably delaying a while and expecting it already to have shut down by that time or something. Guess we need to test the semantics of shutdown...
