Persona 3 Portable - Alex157990 - 06-09-2018 09:27 PM

In Tartarus there's a device to turn on to go to other blocks in the tower but whenever I interact with it kicks me out of the app and closes the game other than that the game is fully playable on iOS on the latest build for ppsspp if anyone knows how to fix this please help

A number of people have reported crashes in this game, but so far it seems hard to reproduce.

You should probably check the thread for the game. But some general tips:

* Don't play only with save states. Save in game, restart, and load. Many games had bugs when you played them for 10+ hours straight without turning them off (in part because the PSP battery only lasted like 5 hours at best.) If you use a save state, to the game it's like one very long play session.

* Cheats sometimes cause crashes. Turn off the cheats, save, reset, and load your game. If cheats have caused damage, save states will preserve that damage.

* Try the latest PPSSPP version. Usually it's better. Not to beat a dead horse, but loading a save state will often preserve already fixed bugs from old PPSSPP versions in cryostasis. Save, reset, and load.

* Settings labeled as hacks or dangerous aren't lying to you. Timer hack, locked CPU speed, etc. may seem to work and speed things up, but then cause one point in the game to break horribly. And yes, save states preserve this damage too.

* If you can reproduce the crash in the latest version without using a save state, it's a good idea to create an issue on GitHub for it. If you have a PSP still, it's ideal to check if it happens on a real PSP with the same save (in case - hopefully not - the savedata has gotten corrupted), but someone else may have the game to check this too.
