Sometimes the application works, but I have to reboot my machine several times until it randomly will work. I have the PPSSPP version 1.5.4 installed and have tried the portable and the .exe setup. I have Windows 10 Home 10.0.16299 Build 16299. Great hardware spec. I've tried both the 32 bit and the 64 bit application and both will not load. I immediately get the error stating that the application has stopped working. I tried reinstalling it.

If it does work sometimes, then it feels like you have bigger problems with your PC.
Have you done the usual. A GOOD antivirus sweep, no bloatware taking up all resources, no stupid "gaming optimizers" that promise 200% increase in speed, but are scams that damage PCs?
