Please add a button "Exit" and "Settings" for the PC user interface, such as in the android version. That would make it easier to control in full screen mode.

Yes, I think it can be good
But we shouldn't put too many settings in the "Settings" button because the menu bar will tend to be useless !

The only concern I have is if you have settings on the main screen, people won't look in the menus, and won't realize there are other settings. So then you have to build all the settings into the main screen, but you have to have them in the menus too so people can see shortcuts and see a familiar interface on Windows.

Then "settings" button can wait for later, but please do at least "exit" button, so it will be much more comfortable close the emulator from full screen mode
