thanks in advance
doubt that any games will probably work untill we get buffered rendering to work but you can download the cube test to test

Gallery Fake and The impossible game are playable, will test more later as I have time.
And for "the avenger" and "xsacha" please make sure to update the cydia repo so I can easily update the app when jit and buff render is added, thanks.
of course that is the reason i made the repo

Out of curiosity just how often will the cydia be updated? Also is the current ios port connected to the android/windows git updates?
Edit:Since idevices do not have back button i randomly pressed the inscreen buttons on my ipod touch 4g and found out that the "R" button acts like back button, letting me choose frameskip and others.

it will be updated whenever we get a new build to run on ios,in other words completely random for now,i hope after we resolve our current problems to make it regularly after everything is solved
EDIT:also good new's,it is ipad compatable

And incompatible with iPhone 5, iOS 6.1. I get the black screen

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - theCreed - 02-22-2013 02:33 PM

Ok thanks for the reply! Any idea of when this update will hit cydia? Will be great to play some proper games Tongue

Forget the above comment I didn't see it was already answered. Oh and black screen can be solved by turning off the rendering option, second option down. Most games actually work like that but a lot of graphical problems and very persistent screen flickering. I tested with final fantasy 1 and luminis

Are you referring about the latest Cydia build ?

Because I'm on IP 5, iOS 6.1.2 and games like MotoGP, Crash TTR and of course Puzzle bobble pocket work. But because the not working jit really slow like the first Android release.

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - brujo55 - 02-22-2013 02:53 PM

naruto ,dragon ball z evolution, have very persistent screen flickering on my iphone 5 6.1.2

i think is graphical bugs or needed rendering or jit enable.please update the build using the latest code.

thx for your effort.

ok new build after rock88 updated his git,but now i might not be able to update it anymore since he removed the xcodeproject and i have not figured out how to use cmake yet, anyway i am not releasing this on cydia because there is no visible change except that there is no way to access the debug menu, instead i will upload it here for those willing to test see what's changed.

sadly
android users love this emu.

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - xsacha - 02-23-2013 01:47 AM

Cmake is really easy to use. I put instructions in the README.md.
Basically you just tell cmake what toolchain to use (iOS).
It probably won't work due to missing assets (eg. images) and possibly misconfigured in cmake. I was hoping you guys would tell me what errors you get Smile

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - rock88 - 02-23-2013 03:23 AM

Most likely today I'll upload a fixed Cmake file and the project will be built correctly.
I also have an idea why does not work Buffered Rendering - in iOS after rendering in FBO need to binding default frame buffer. And this can only be done from the obj-c side.
