RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - Aldraz - 03-20-2013 06:33 AM

Anybody tried disgaea or tactics ogre? Are they playable?

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - [Unknown] - 03-20-2013 07:35 AM

Disgaea should work, at least to some degree. Haven't tried it on iPhone specifically, but it's reported to work on other platforms so it's likely. Tactics Ogre, dunno. I should get around to ripping that and testing it...

I tried disgaea 2. It's starting off at a smooth 60, but makes the emulator crash after a while. Trying to pinpoint the problem now.

Hello!

Is that possible to integrate BTstack (on cydia) on PPSSPP iOS port to play with PS3 controller or wii remote?

Yes, but you must play a butter smooth game to get full speed.

Try Blutrol as controller support btw.

Final fantasy type-0 works at 50-60 fps with no frameskip on iphone 5 , naruto akatsuki works 60 fps no glitches or errors except sound does not come out at all even when turned on.

Disgaea dark hero days is crashing the emulator at the 2nd cutscene irrespective of settings. Maybe it's a problem with my iso. Afternoon of darkness however works well at 60fps running and 50-60 in cutscenes. Buttons remaining pressed permanently is kinda annoying though cuz you can't even save state, though I suppose it isn't high on the list of to-do things ATM.

Does anyone experience controls getting stuck? Like the X button is pushed down even if you are not touching it.

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - ppssppikachu - 03-20-2013 02:55 PM

i tried blutrol but it doesn t work well because of some occasional lag mixed with the sticky button issue.Sometimes it doesn t even respond...

Yeah it's a common problem when pushing two buttons at the same time. Try to avoid it until a fix is found Smile

When your buttons get stuck hold the start button then tap or slide around the button that seems infinitely tapped. The buttons should do some type of reset and go back to normal. Sometimes works while holding select too.

Me too, and it's so boring when I play games like Ultimate Ghost'n Goblins!!

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - ppssppikachu - 03-20-2013 04:41 PM

well press two other buttons and your button gets un-stucked!

where is the ios compatibility thread? its not necessarily the same as on pc and android, especially with settings.

I know everyone is waiting for God of war to be playable on mobile devices....

RE: PPSSPP iOS Port - Dribblejam - 03-20-2013 05:52 PM

Well Lego Star Wars 2 doesn't work at all. Just thought I'd share.
