[Linux - bug] Glitches when in fullscreen mode - SALVO uan keBALDO - 06-20-2016 12:46 AM

Hello to all, my first post here. Congratulations for the project and the impressive work.

I'm using PPSSPP on Arch Linux and everything is running smoothly, except for one thing. When I enter fullscreen in any game with FMV cutscenes, the screen continously glitches, and the view is ruined. I've tried changing every setting, but I had no progress. I also tried switching from noveau to nvidia drivers, the problem remained.

Any hint?

What do you mean by "glitches"? Don't have linux so can't help much, but if you mean video tear and you're using SDL version, maybe check this.

Exactly, video tearing, sorry if I was not clear.

As I can read from the thread, the solution is useless, as the package sdl (that I have, to the latest version) has been patched, so the problem should be different.

Moar details: yes, I'm using SDL version. I downloaded it from ArchLinux's Community repository (package info at https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/ppsspp/). Version is latest, 1.2.2.

EDIT: did I choose the wrong section for the thread?
