Just wanna know which one is better at playing games or emulating (especially PPSSPP)....

Mali drivers are the most slowest in the market but is less buggy than adreno.
Adreno drivers are faster but is buggy specially 3x series.

If you really want to use it for gaming and emulation, go for Nvidia shield tablet.
I know it is a tablet but it's better than the phones you mention here.
After all choice is yours.
