I dont know u guys noticed or not but recently I have noticed that after increasing the farmeskipping level to 8 the sound works great but unable to view ( playing svr 11) is it possible to only increase the frameskip level for sound not for gaming? It would be great to put frameskip level for sound by PPSSPP manually as like the graphic settings. Please look for the sound quality also. Thanks in advance.

VSync not working with Windows Aero off

Hey everyone, so I'm using the latest PPSSPP build (1.4.2) on Windows 7 64bit using a Radeon R9 270x, all fully updated. I'm noticing that when I have Windows Aero enabled VSync works great, but when it's disabled I get awful screen tearing even with VSync enabled in the PPSSPP settings. I'm assuming that this is because the program runs in Windowed/Fullscreen Windowed modes and doesn't have an "Exclusive Fullscreen" option. I know that I could just run the program with Aero enabled, but I'm attempting to stream and need to turn Aero off to get the smoothest picture with my streaming software. Does anyone know of a workaround to get Vsync to work with Aero disabled, or if there's going to be an "Exclusive Fullscreen" option added to the program in the future so that Aero settings are disregarded completely? Thanks so much for any information that you guys can throw me way.

Final Fantasy Tactics: WOTL Garbled/Stuttery Music

Hello!
I'm currently running v1.4.2 on Windows and trying to play Final Fantasy Tactics. The game itself runs just fine, but the music is consistently garbled and poor quality. I've spent the last week trying every option in the settings I could find in an attempt to fix it to no avail.
So far, the only option that has any impact on the sound quality has been changing the audio backend from Auto (which ends up just making the audio even worse).
I recorded some audio dumps so you can listen for yourself:
clyp.it/sz5ikwt0
clyp.it/aqsonilz
The music is garbled at the same points in each track every time, which leads me to believe it's happening independent of system performance. I've also wondered if maybe my .iso file was corrupt, but I tried a different version and had the same issue.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!

[S8+] Button press not registering correctly

Hi guys,
I got an issue on my new S8 Plus while using PPSSPP.
The triangle, square, X, O buttons and the DPAD buttons actual "pressing area" is slightly shifted to the left.
For example, if i want to use the square button I'd have to press a centimeter to the left of the square button onscreen.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
I hope someone can help.
Thanks.

How to use null backend?

My laptop has a Intel HD Graphics 3000 iGPU which has crappy drivers with any backend, the better performance is with Direct3D9 (faster than Direct3D11 here), but I still think it slow for my i7 2630QM (running on lowest resolution to avoid GPU bottleneck). Running Dolphin and PCSX2 with null backend I got up to 20 FPS more. Is there any way to try it on PPSSPP? I just want to make sure that this CPU range is enough to run PPSSPP at full speed with a decent GPU.
EDIT: I noticed that the PPSSPP codes has nothing related to null backend, then I think this would need to be implemented, right?
