There is an experimental fix up on github right now for AMD cards, you can try it now if you know how how to clone git and compile your own builds:-

Be aware that the fix has to be used in conjunction with the current FramebufferstoMem hack. (essentially CPUConvert = True and FramebufferstoMem = True in the ppsspp.ini file.)
