You're right. Maybe he meant on Android? Not sure though, played this game with 4 players on coldbird.net a couple months ago.
I even made a video at the time (cars are bouncy because of lag and early emulation):

A single player reported he/she couldn't host on Android because the game froze upon room creation/entering games. I cannot confirm or deny this because i don't own one though.

Just noticed that Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast [ULUS10064] is missing from the list. This game is confirmed working Adhoc online multiplayer.

It's two issue for Android (I have shit Android, I understand what issue):
1) Hardware is shit so It broke the code adhoc
2) Adhoc game don't support Android (because Port different I think ?)

MLB THE SHOW 11 is confirmed working! AdHoc compatible on Android to Android (both most recent version v1.0.1). And Local AdHoc on one PC running 2 PPSSPP v1.0.1 Big Grin
