I seemed to be able to get it to work now. I am using the build 1.1.1 downloaded from page 67 of this thread. I also ensured all files on both computers were identical by literally just copying and pasting everything into the destination PPSSPP computer's folder.

I made sure the MAC address was different for both copies of PPSSPP, and also made one of the use the built-in ProAdHocServer, while the other one didn't. I also used port 8800 for both computers (don't know if this really makes a difference). The IP address for both computers was what I obtained for the host virtual IP address from Tunngle.

No chance for update.

I don't see why I do update, PPSSPP Update don't fix so much AdHoc.
If have so much improve fix, maybe It's ok for me Update the list.

Um guys why Modded DBZ TTT cant play multiplayer when you press multiplayer it will just say change your cpu clock bla blah then after you press yes or no it will say lost connection but when we play on real psp it works


EDIT:I Figured it out u need to change the emulated clock to 222mhz and agree to change te clock to in the game

This game don't have multiplauer local (too online) so no multiplayer.
You can found the tutorials using tunngle, hamachi another here in important threads:
