I've never managed getting into the game world without getting connection issue on the host side.

When i debug it, it seems the host didn't received any data from client within 650ms before the host closing the connection,
probably because the Host loading is too fast while the Client loading is too slow, and this loading usually causing FPS to drop significantly for a short time (which may affect the scaled connection timeout)

Maybe you right (that's some synchronization issue) because we can connect very randomly, after 2-5 tries.

Does using the 25% speed tricks on the Host (while loading) will makes it more successful?

Can someone help get Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions to work?
I've port forwarded evolve, tunngle, and hamachi, and neither of them work.

RE: [AdHoc] Compatibility List
Hi all Big Grin
Just want to share about compatibility (at this late time, 2.25AM here).
Warriors Orochi 2 [ULUS10423] worked using onelight ppsspp.v1.1.1-202-Adhoc_stuff-chatsimple build (local adhoc). My settings:

port-shifting -> 8800 (didn't work using 0)
ppsspp.ini -> change WlanAdhocChannel = 1 (0 didn't help too)
ppsspp setting -> multithreaded, hardware transform, vertex cache, lazy texture, disable slower effect, spline/bezier low, d3d rendering.

But the problem is gameplay lag too much (moving char stutter, but it didn't delay about officer information updates), but it's ok for single player. FYI with MH series it didn't lag (some delay, but moving char is fine, update data for monster still delayed too) using the same build. Frameskip didn't help too Sad Maybe some synchronization issue?

Here some screenshoot (can't post clickable link):

will try tomorrow for latest build Big Grin
sorry for bad english Big Grin

Btw, Port-shifting has been merged to the latest official build since version v1.1.1-861-g0550cd3 http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/ Have you tried it?

RE: [AdHoc] Compatibility List
Hi AdamN Big Grin
Using same setting, onelight ppsspp.v1.1.1-202-Adhoc_stuff-chatsimple (android, latest build don't have atm) vs v1.1.1-863 (winx64) has same problem. Stutter to much and after few seconds gameplay, it disconnect itself. Maybe synchronization issues? Because my phone can't run fullspeed Sad

RE: [AdHoc] Compatibility List
How exactly is Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max working? I downloaded the build from post #281, but when I go into the VERSUS mode, it pauses for about 10 seconds, then the game goes to an ERROR screen, saying "Connection terminated, press O to button to cancel."

Can someone give me some advice about how they managed to get it to work? I'm using Hamachi to set up a VPN, and using the PPSSPP's built-in PRO AdHoc Server in that build to host.

RE: [AdHoc] Compatibility List
Actually, I am now using Tunngle, and it now can get into the lobby. However, the two computers that are connected in the lobby cannot see each other in the game to allow a connection.

The ROMs are exactly the same and I have even tried with both computers using the latest version (1.2.1) and they just don't see each other. Any suggestions?
