windows phone/mobile 6.5 and older is more open than windows phone 7+.
wm devices aren't really worth supporting though.
most have a 512mhz or less cpu and 256MB or less RAM.
the 1 or 2 that have more (1ghz/512MB) can also run android.

So it's better for me (1ghz, 500+ ram) and others, to install android, than stay on wm ?

You need OpenGL ES 2.0 support to run PPSSPP, can you get that if you run Android on an HD2? I doubt it but I don't really know.

Yes, HTC HD2 has OpenGL ES 2.0. It's one of only a few Windows Mobile phones that do though.

The fortunate thing is that HD2 can run any OS. And every other OS it can run PPSSPP (other than Windows Phone) too.
