RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
I think you should follow a tutorial from the "Ad-Hoc Multiplayer" subforum... I recommend this one for example Smile

PS : We can't speak French here as we are not in the French subforum.

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
Hey guys, I'm stuck here. When I manage to connect using AdHocServer with the current build, I wind up getting a White Screen after I challenge my friend and he accepts. Does anyone have a workaround or fix for this? We both managed to get into Cornelia, at least. We use Hamachi.

Edit: 1) We both had the same IP Address. 2) We had different MAC addresses. 3) Is it supposed to say "Join" in AdHocServer when you manage to connect with another person to battle?

Have you try using the adhoc builds from this page http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?...5#pid90125

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
We tried it today, but it doesn't work. Either of us get hung on the Online Lobby, and we wind up not being able to play. Anybody got any fixes?

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
We tried Tunngle as of late, and apparently it DOES put the other's MAC address through to AdHocServer, but we can't seem to show up to each other. Any ideas?

I have this problem too. Both players using Real Clock Sync helps, but isn't enough to prevent the error. I tried no frameskip (a little more stable), frameskip 1 auto, and frameskip 1 no-auto, and all of them threw the error. Stage size didn't seem to make a difference.

It's frustrating finishing 1 match out of ~12.

I only use PPSSPP on Windows.

I never had any problem on LAN with 2 computers or one PC + virtualbox using my builds
If you're using an android version it may still be buggy, as android version is kinda outdated

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
New problems. I tried playing using Coldbird, but a few times (using multithreaded off, I/O on thread on, real clock sync on, varying frameskip settings) I got to the character select screen, but as soon as the match started there would be a network sync error and we would disconnect.

After that, no matter what settings I tried, I could accept a challenge but the game hung on the white screen before the match (a frequent problem with Hamachi as well).

I don't have any way of knowing which version the person I was trying to play with was using. I was using a clean NA ISO.

I only use PPSSPP on Windows.
