Atrac +3 Mess Up
Help I just installed the plug-in just to see if anything changed, and next thing I know, I cant even load any games, it just keeps closing out on me.
I'm using Android also.
This is also the latest build up to date.

The very latest builds of PPSSPP do have a crashing problem, which probably has nothing to do with that plugin.
This problem affects all recent Android builds I've tested from 1641 to the current 1660.

If you revert to build 1640 everything should work fine again.
To be precise I mean "ppsspp-v0.9.1-1640-g996e468-android.apk" as found on the buildbot page.

Best regards: dlanor
