It should be inside a folder (ULUS10563) for US version. SdCard\PSP\GAME\ULUS10563
JP version = *no idea*
I still haven't tried Gods Eater Burst in local-multiplayer method, try to look in Adhoc-Multiplayer Section->Gods Eater Burst, for more info.
