The requirements might be low, but remember that x86 is a complex beast to emulate(meaning applications will probably be slow on any phone/tablet), and you wouldn't have 3D acceleration with Bochs, so you'd have to use software rendering in games that support it. I could be wrong, but I don't think Bochs has a JIT/dynarec either, so it'd be even slower(that's not to say "fast" interpreters can't exist, but few are written in such a way).
