Hi Thank you for this list. I'm sorry if this is a bother, but would you (or anyone else) mind explain how the stop time cheat works?

I put the whole thing in the .ini file, changed C0 to C1 to enable it, reloaded the cheats and pressed Select+Up, but time still moved forward. Am i doing something wrong or am i misunderstanding the use of this cheat?
