Feature Request: AT3+ plugin detection on Linux
Good evening!

I managed to compile Mai's AT3+ plugin on Linux with Atrac3plusDecoder_* functions support (patch, for anyone interested) and after few futile attempts to load it I realized, that PPSSPP doesn't even check for it's presence.

For that, I would like to ask dev's to include this patch. It enables plugin detection and only adds __linux__ to two #ifdefs, so it really shouldn't break anything.

It would be the best if you would submit a pull request on github (go here: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/blob/...3plus.cpp)
