RE: ppsspp won't run on my laptop
unfortunately after checking this thread http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5838
it looks like your GPU doesn't support openGL 2.0 which is the minimum requirement for PPSSPP to run.

That's hasn't been made yet so unfortunately there is no way for you to run PPSSPP at this time. Hopefully that will be implemented soon however until then there is simply no way for you to play it on your current laptop. However when it is available it is Likely that it will then work for you.

RE: ppsspp won't run on my laptop
According to Wikipedia, "Intel Extreme Graphics 2"(made in 2003-2004..!) only supports up to DirectX 7, so no, you'd still be out of luck. Time to upgrade to something made within the last 5 years or so(aim for something with NVidia if you can)..

PPSSPP's requirements on PCs are pretty low, but they can only go SO low.

RE: ppsspp won't run on my laptop
It means you could, in theory, turn on DirectX 9's software renderer, but it'd be so slow beyond belief that you'd be better off upgrading. You'd be emulating a PSP on top of emulating a PC graphics card. You'd be counting FPS in terms of Seconds per Frame.
