Please provide more informations... Are you encountering that issue right after you launch PPSSPP ? If no, then when you do what ?

Try put ppsspp to other driver Liked D:?

I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)

Go to windows control panel then device manager, is there any icon with yellow exclamation mark on it?
Or just try to disable that A: drive, most likely a Floppy disk drive. Smile

You should has 2 driver C and D (most of people has that )
I usually put my ppsspp folder on D: Driver

What Ritori mean is, where do you put the ppsspp folder? if you open 'My Computer' you could see your drives there like Local Disk C:, or wathever you named it, he's telling you to put your ppsspp folder on your D: drive (if you have the partition).
To disable a drive, on device manager you can right click on a device, there should be a 'disable' option there. Smile
Have you checked under 'Other Device'?
