The question was,are you absolutely sure that the game actually work.
Incorrectly rebuilded image or something go wrong with the undubbing process may result in not working game.

If the game don't work on the real PSP,it will also not work on PPSSPP.
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
