3ds vs Psp. What's better?

There is no emulator for 3DS, but Nintendo's hardware are easy to be emulated and 3DS power looks like PSP power.

Vita is very good, but it does not have interesting games enough. Vita only runs software that Sony allowed, and it is a problem, because you cannot use it as a small tablet and cannot play emulated games.

Smart phones are a better option, because they do not have limitations, but lacks games that are good and modern.
Handheld consoles are not the best place to play complex games. There is no reason to buy a handheld console and play it in your home.

Both devices run emulators, including PPSSPP and emulator of the old DS.
