Massive slowdown on some game with 0.9
I have a decent computer, speed never have been an issue for me when running ppsspp... until 0.9, many game I play now have massive slow down using the same setting that worked full speed on 0.8.1. some only have slowdown in specific place, as in other part of the game run at full speed but one part it cripple slow, but in 0.8.1 those are all fine.

anyone having the same problem?

Are you using the same settings file from 0.8.1?
If yes, delete the file and configure everything again.

While I was using betas, from time to time, ppsspp was giving me weird results but once I delete the settings and reconfigure everything again, everything went back to normal

Please give us more information when you report speed decreases - what games you tested would be a good start. Saying that things just got slower in general doesn't give us anything specific to look at, especially when most people are reporting speed increases.

I have this too on pc. I'm downloading the latest built, and saw that it happened since direx9 things. Its got weird to see god of war running faster on my galaxy s3 comparing to my pc

Make sure you have "Read Framebuffers to Memory" disabled. Try renaming "ppsspp.ini' to "ppsspp-saved.ini" temporarily, and see if the speed returns.
