I did think that at first which is why i left it alone for 30 minutes but nothing happened.

Is there an external atrac3+ audio support file i could download maybe?

edit:im also sure its not downloaded as when i open the program again i still have the option to download. (though of course i cant since i cant click anything in that screen)
