Just read up on your device. The resolution is pretty insane for that screen size, it has an even higher PPI than the Retina Ipads.

In that case, it might be actually more beneficial to turn ON Buffered Rendering than to keep it OFF, since the way Buffered Rendering works right now for Android devices, the picture rendered will be native 2560x1600 resolution which would be absolutely bonkers for your device to handle.
