Everything from GMA 3000/x3000 and after supports OGL 2.0, except 3100/3150 (by the way, 900 and 950 too for anyone wondering) that support it only on Linux (OGL 2.1). So that's not the issue.

RE: still crash
Is just Intel HD Graphics? Not is 3000, 4000 or any other number? I already played in a Intel HD Graphics 3000 without problem.

Is the video card model. On Windows 7 press the mouse right button in desktop, go to screen resolution and after click in Advanced Properties, I think, and after in Adapter. You will se the video card model and some informations about this. But I think you will has more informations in the aplication that you show in the screenshot.
