@Emiya_Kiritsugu the discussion you quoted is not about 60fps patch;p, it was a mention about using CE speedhack feature along with ppsspp to force similar behaviour which apparently can give 60fps at correct speed at least in some games which was not expected hence discussed, but as far as I remember it would only increase virtual fps, meaning it's useless.

As far as I know no MH game has an existing 60fps patch. I actually tried to make one at some point, but gaved up, since before I got bored with the game(read as: before TK was released;3) I only could find a function which sets speed of a player during quest. Unfortunately this series like most of the games require correcting speed&timers after unlocking 60fps(~ which itself is easy as long as you remember to treat fmv's separately), otherwise you get a game for people with ADHD where everything except sound runs twice as fast as it should;p.
