You can post it if you want but I'm not [officially] listing those since they break audio sync. I could post alot of those, like for Crisis Core but it's affecting way too many stuff to be considered.

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
I've tryed the 60 fps cheat for mgs pw, everything is in "warp speed", then I've altered the alternative speed and achieved 60 fps but the sound, as every1 mentioned is messed up....so thats a "no go"....

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
Do you guys have any tips on patching games that switch back and forth from 60 FPS to 30 FPS in the menus but are capped at 30 FPS in gameplay? I know it has been talked about in this thread but are there any tips on what I could try searching for? I tried doing a changed value search in cheat engine when the frame rate changes, and I found a set of 8 different 4-byte addresses that seem to affect the frame rate, when I freeze all of them them in cheat engine when the game is in a 60 FPS section and then go into gameplay from there the frame rate only goes up to 45 FPS instead of 30 FPS and the game becomes faster. I also found a few other addresses but those didn't seem to do the trick.

The game is Hajime No Ippo Portable : Victorious Spirits, it is a japan boxing game. The game would really benefit from running at 60 FPS.

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
There's an FF Type 0 "60fps" patch making the rounds but just like the Crisis Core one, it just renders each frame twice, no additional animation frames are displayed so it's pretty pointless.

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
The other day I found this thread, and I must say that I'm very intersted in this. That said, I wanted to try it myself but it doesn't seem that simple. I read the thread and you need to use a Disassembler yes? How would I go about doing that? I DL'ed two of 'em already but don't know how to start them up. Would PPSSPP's own disassembler work for this? I mostly intersted in doing Black Rock Shooter and MGS Portable Ops, I tried inputting the PW code because maybe...just maybe, it'd work since they are apparently working under the same engine.

Is there any documentation on the necessary knowledge in order to tack this?

And well, sorry for the Necroing.

Where did you find mgs pw cheat? Does it really run in 60fps or it runs 3X faster?

It's on this very own thread, some pages back. But it doesn't work, it kills the framerate. I tried it with PO because...who knows...maybe it could have worked.

The 60 FPS code for BBSFM also doesn't work for me anymore with recent builds. It doesn't crash, it just doesn't up the framerate anymore.

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
Nice not bad however rather time consuming having to find the code address for every game, if I remember the PSP mega drive emulator DGEN has an option in the setting called "BGM Speed fix" this keeps the music normal no matter the speed of the game, something like that would be excellent for the psx emulator or PPSSPP emulator, particularly on low fps in-game videos, the alternative speed setting on ppsspp is great and makes in-game video run smoothly like its been encoded via svp + reclock, unfortunently the audio also speeds up, BGM speed fix option would solve this though if added
