I played with the last android build and I'm surprised on how fast it is on my device with a single core snapdragon s2 cpu at 1,2ghz and 512mb ram without sound, with faster interpreter and hardware transform enabled, this emu is making amazing fast progress! I think it runs at 10-15 fps during battles, so when the emu will be finished a current high end device will probably run it at full speed.

I tried also latest build for windows and it's full speed, I have a last gen i3 2100 3,1 ghz with 8gb ram and a HD5770.
