Ok the images look really good(can't believe that's a psp game Smile)but I really don't see any difference between both images.

I increased the brightness and contrast on my monitor to max,and I was looking at the images in full screen(original size)for the past 10 minutes but I really didn't see any difference(graphics improvement)

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter
