Disable speed mode "Unlimited"

Very weird, I just tried my Xbox controller and yeah its mapped totally different then my two Logitech DirectInput ones, which is unfortunate because I prefer that layout over the DirectInput ones but man if that Xbox DPad isn't total garbage, totally re-mappable buttons can't come soon enough, then everyone can be pleased. In the mean time I hope at least the Unlimited toggle part can be removed from the L2 button and an Unlimited while pressed button can be mapped to the R2 which currently does nothing on the DirectInput setting.

btw, I like speed mode "unlimited". I can save time when playing RPG games...
