Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER

Hello i managed to run Monster hunter 3rd on my pc and i created an ADhoc server to play with my brother , but there's a problem i can see my brother before joining a quest (the hotsprings area) but after we each choose the same quest we separate for some reason , (i made sure we were in the same quest ) after seeing it doesn't work we decide to abandon the quest but for my suprise he comes back too with me (so we see each other again in the hotsprings) So... it isn't like the connection messed up because we don't need to reconnect

Can somebody help me?

- im at 25% speed and my friend too
- i toogle the speed at 25% with a button before the game starts but it doesn't seem to work
(i seem to start the quest before he spawns ) says "MY FRIEND'S NAME broke off from the party" (or something like that)

is there a way to slow the game even more so my friend has even more time to connect? (because even at 25% i still get to connect to the quest first)

is there something in my game settings wrong? can somebody tell me what should i left unchecked before playing the game online or something like that?
Btw both me and my friend have "Fast memory " unchecked
