Moving saves between the two emulators is generally a Bad Idea™(because either PPSSPP or JPCSP is corrupting saves when going back and forth in some games, and I don't think anyone knows which is the culprit yet). If you absolutely must, make sure you have "Handle Savedata in Crypto mode" in JPCSP on, or whatever it's called. PPSSPP always encrypts its saves, afaik.
