Seems it want the data install and auto save things. The auto save part should work but data install is not coded.

It works now. I cleared 8 girls.
There are some graphic errors though.

               

BTW I think v0.8.1-1173 is best environment for Tokimeki Memorial 4.
Unfortunately it's getting worse little by little. Undecided
v0.8.1-1269 as the following version can't play the opening narration part and became unstable.

v0.8.1-1173 : No problem to play opening narration, opening movie and gameplay, whether frame skipping is on or off. And game itself is stable.

v0.8.1-1682 : Fail to play opening narration part and movie then freezes, if you turn on frame skipping. If you turn it off or check "Auto", it fails to play narration part but movie part is ok and game itself is stable.

v0.9.1-545 : At last, it can't play even opening FMV, whether frame skipping is on or off. Though gameplay itself is ok, after the freeze of about a minute.

I'm using android and there is no sound in this game. All other things seems to work correctly, but I haven't tried savegames. And it loads very slow though.

Just tried the lastest version,v0.9.8-500-gb0e97a0
The portraits problem nearly fixed only in buffered rendering,and there's still some bugs of the sound.

And unstable frames when screen-changing...i think that the reason of the in-currect sound.

Yeah, actually major portraits problem remains even now.
I don't know what JadeTempleApprentice is saying but maybe he mentioned 2D picture at the very first scene.
