Option to underclock PSP?

RE: Option to underclock PSP?
It is still possible to get performance improvements by under clocking some games though (as weird as that sounds).

Depending on the game lowering the clock speed can drop the internal FPS but can increase the overall VPS since. So basically games that can run fine on lower clock speeds can gain more VPS by lowering the CPU frequency.

Of course some games need to run at 333mhz so in those cases you can gain VPS but will lose internal FPS.

Waiting for builtbot of this feature. Itching to test it out and see what result should it produce if the emulator is underclock or overclock.
