PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Hey guys,
As you may already know, there is a Blackberry (2.1/10) port for PPSSPP. It has already been merged in to master and regular builds are posted for each minor version.

If you have any feature requests or bug reports, please post them here and I will handle them.

Thanks

Port details:
Works on: Blackberry Playbook, Dev Alpha (Any device that supports Playbook OS or Blackberry 10)
Developed on: Blackberry Playbook, Blackberry Dev Alpha A

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Порт
If anyone is able to run the game, could not write a list of the settings. Personally, I have so far only one game. Most of the rest of the menu does not go further. Thank you very much for your work.Heart

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Is this with JIT on or off?
Try again with JIT off if your games can't pass menu.

Did you try turning off FastMem or JIT?

There are more to come to the menu, but is it possible to solve the problem with writing to the card. In blackberry card is not inserted, as in android on this immediately after trying to write off naa card.

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Pretty sure everyone has this issue, not limited to Blackberry.

The main issue is your device has a SGX540 GPU. There are 100s of games that play full speed. But there are 1000s that don't.

The Z10 has a significantly better GPU Wink

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Hey, thanks for the port Smile, I'm having a few issues on my z10 that I hope you might be able to help with. Every iso or cso I try loads to the menu but then crashes on a white screen, I've tried numerous settings to no avail. I did get metal gear acid 2 into the tutorial section but it crashed. I've tried different settings for the games I've tried but still no joy. I see people saying it's working, what could I be doing wrong. Thanks

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
It's most likely me being a noob, I learnt how to put bars on and stumbled across this ppsspp port 7.0 on the download page so I put it on my z10, I can only load games from the device as they're not recognized on my sd card. I've got metal gear acid 2 playable but I can't see the fonts and it's kinda slow with graphical issues. Like I say all probably down to my noob level, I see fixes and so on for constantly being updated for issues but they're for the Android ppsspp right? *edit *The other games were monster hunter freedom 2, final fantasy dissidia/ tactics, metal gear acid 1 and Dungeon Siege

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Playbook is only supported up to v0.7.4 because its compiler is too old.
I'm hoping BB10 for Playbook is released soon.

RE: PPSSPP Blackberry Port
Try the latest development builds @ http://qtness.com/ppsspp.html

v0.7.6 is quite old now.
