[HELP] Error Code 80110383 (SOLVED)

Please help, im encountering the same problem but my ppsspp folder is not even in the folders mentioned. I can load the file, but it wont save. Although save states work, in-game saves dont. I checked for Windows File Protection, but the directory where i put ppsspp is not even protected. what should i do? ive tried searching the net for the error code, to no avail! all listed codes does not include this one

i worked a great deal for my hunter and this is what i get T.T i dunno wth happened. i think its a damned virus but ive scanned multiple tmes to no avail also.
