RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
Hi xsacha,

Indeed you are right. So after I saw your message, I did a proper testing. I started on 519 the one that I was sure about. I took one by one and went up installing over the previous version. I go til 536. The 536 version starts, but when I launch the game (echocrome) it gets out of the application (maybe a crash). So I correct my self, the last one that gets the game started it's 532, but this one has some rendering issue (wrong flashing lines on screen). I will stay on 526. I tried also the last build, the 589, but it has the same issue on my side: it gets out of the ppsspp when launching the game.

Please note that I didn't test with other games yet... I am kind of short on space as I have the 16GB model. In the future I can try to get some other game in there so my testing is more useful.

Thank you for your quick reply and sorry for not verifying more carefully the builds the first time.

Florian

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
Thanks. That must mean this commit:
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commi...80bd0367a5

Can you try toggling on/off that setting 'Read Framebuffers to Memory'?

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
Hi xsacha,

By 'Read Framebuffers to Memory' do you mean 'Buffered Rendering'? I didn't find 'Read Framebuffers to Memory' in the PPSSPP menu of 536.
With Buffered Rendering on/off it is not working.

If by toggling on/off that setting 'Read Framebuffers to Memory' you were referring to building my own build from the sources I am kind of busy.
I am working after hours also. Do you have a simple way for me to test? Otherwise it will take some time for me to free up, and it would be for someone else to test it.

I would like to report a bug also, that maybe already fixed in the future versions of 536, about the audio settings. When going to the Download Atrac3+ plugin you can't go back. You are not able to download nor to get back.

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
On 536 it was called "Skip Updating PSP Memory", and it was checked by default. UNcheck it to enable it.

Ok I found it and played around with it, but this setting didn't help.

Do you have the same issue?

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
xsacha please add to system tracker exceptions /home/user/MyDocs/PPSSPP folder in Meego (Harmattan) build to except save data pictures and any other appears in Gallery.

Maybe if there is an option to take screenshots so this folder must be tracked to Gallery.

Well... I'm not a developer but take a look at this one please
and ask for professional help from CODeRUS e.g. Hi's a tough professional in Harmattan coding.
Or ask for moar help at http://talk.maemo.org/

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
It looks like the user themselves has to modify the tracker, not applications.

You'll need to add that folder to /home/user/.config/tracker/tracker-miner-fs.cfg

RE: Automated Symbian + Meego builds
That's ok. But I know app can do it per se.
Just add to Meego FAQ section add $HOME/MyDocs/PPSSPP folder to IgnoredDirectories section in file /home/user/.config/tracker/tracker-miner-fs.cfg

Sorry, I just checked the machine and it had:
Python.exe
This program has crashed.

when compiling Symbian.

Restarting the process and it's working again.
Thanks for noticing this.

Can you tell how buildbot builds is it using qmake and the machine is always running 24x7 ?

It's a script I made.
Every 300 seconds it does a `git pull`.
If the git version changes, it then recompiles for every OS (Symbian/Meego/Blackberry).
Then it uploads the new builds and updates the webpage.

During the building of the Symbian PPSSPP, it runs:
make clean
qmake
make
