Its not official from Orphis, but all builds works.

Emucr was known in the past to modify their builds and even had history to include some malicious code, it's a site that should not be recommended and their builds triggering anti-malware software should not be treated as false positives.

If you can't build yourself(which is free and pretty easy on PC, but does need some heavy software like visual studio/android studio depending on platform), best to just download artifacts from github actions. Just read my post in here where I tried to make my reply universal and help more people who never used github actions before.
Those builds are similary to Orphis ones automated and as official as it can get, the only difference is they will not stay forever as the newer ones will over time cause older ones to expire.

Well, i have to disagree. Although the site is hated by programmers (because they compile it without their authorization for posting), the only time this incident happened was more than 8 years ago, and not because of them but because of hackers who managed to access their account. I agree with you that the suggested method is valid and official, however not everyone can understand GitHub.
