But what about the traffics? are they metered? since free tier usually have limited resources and limited/metered bandwidth.

Alternatively, VPN on Google Cloud might work too https://betterprogramming.pub/build-your...22b0a7d489

PS: We can probably use other similar cloud services for people without a credit card
