Is it possible to connect 2 Xbox 360 controllers to play localhost?

As the title stated above, I am curious to know if i can map a second Xbox 360 gamepad for the 2nd instance. Recently i have got myself a generic USB dongle wireless gamepad which my laptop detects it as a Xbox 360 gamepad (on ppsspp, it only detects as Xbox 360 Pad: 1118/654), but when i tried to connect my previous generic wired controller (dubbed as "USB Gamepad" on pc) it did not detect it as pad2. On other emulators like my pcsx2, they both work fine.

So before i buy the exact same wireless controller, I would like to know if anybody has successfully tested using 2 Xbox 360 gamepads on ppsspp localhost gameplay. If so can you please advise me on what to do? I would really appreciate the help. Thank you
