PSP Half Life - Playable, first level, with no sound (so far!)
My dear comrades.

Have any of you here got an unsigned copy of PSP Half Life...

EDIT - The game works. The eboot has to be unsigned not signed. Stageas who lives here with me on PPSSPP helped me out with it. We used a older Half Life eboot (32mb phat). He then unsigned it for me and the games boots up fine, looks fine, has no sound (so far), and runs fast on Windows PPSSPP but slow (15/16fps) on my Xperia Play. If you have a much better phone than mine I expect you would get far nearer Windows PPSSPP speed.

If you get stuck inbetween doors bring up the debug by pressing select and enter noclip. I'm yet to work out how to get Gordon Freeman's suit on. On youtube other people have done it. If you know how, come here and tell me. Big Grin

If you have any other tips, please post.

Thanks. If it is easier for you, you can tell me how to decrypt it and what with. I've got a list of games longer than my arms to do, and now I know you know how to do I will nag you, and by the end of the week you will hate me very much. Big Grin

RE: Request - PSP Half Life
Dwightyone, well, for me it works on real psp. You need PBP Unpacker to extract data.psp from eboot.pbp, and using PRXDecrypter decrypt it.

Ok, I will go to see how it is done. As long as I have a names I shoud be able to do it. If I can't maybe you can still do it for me. I'll give you rep for being helpful. Don't forget to give me mine for being a pain in the butt. Smile
