SO.....years have passed.....i re-downloaded ppsspp and the outlines problem still there. I checked the history and it seems they have fixed Dragon Ball outlines problems...i hoped it have fixed digimon also....but don't.

Cel shading effect of this game was fixed long time ago, just because people dislike how it looks since it turns some 3D graphics into low res 2D ones, doesn't mean it's broken.

If you intentionally turn the effect off by disabling feature the game requires to draw it aka simulate block transfer then that's your choice and not an emulation issue. That's how game was designed to work, emulator has nothing to say about it and will never be able to change how games make their effects.
