PKG support
Is support for installing PKGs ever going to happen?
RPCS3 allows you to install games, DLCs, etc from PKGs to dev_hdd0 and they would then appear in games list which makes working with PSN content rather convenient.
On PPSSPP, installing DLCs requires manually extracting content from PKG to memstick and running PSN games requires extracting EBOOT.PBP from PKG and running that. This is all rather clunky and it would be nice to just be able to install games from PKGs to memstick with a single click.

RE: PKG support
PPSSPP is open source, feel free to implement support for pkg's - pull requests are welcomed.

But what you wrote about dlc's is just part of the hassle. Most games that have dlc's requires game updates as well and those can't really be decrypted outside of real hardware since we just don't have keys for it, pkg support would not change that.
