Minimap is visible but it's a bit off with BR off

Note: Need to disable Mipmaping

If you turn on and turn off the br followed, I think the graphics will be better.

If you don't touch BR and leave it On it will be better,the cars will be white and some flashing pop in textures

Still white-pink cars (except the first one) and flashy triangles here and there.

Using Windows 7 (x86) with latest PPSSPP build v0.9.8-1167-gaf9bfae
Used Buffered Rendering with 2 x PSP resolution & Spline36 Upscaler shader.

I am pleased to say that the in-game graphics & colors of the cars / trucks / buggy's are now rendered correctly, only strangely enough the cars are still wrong color on the camper van screen, on the down side, there are still some flashing textures in places, but i am sure that can be overcome, with a change of settings.

I've noticed that this game have issue with multithread option. The speed is two or more time faster. You can hear it just by listen to the sound.

My Android device:
Motorola XT894
JB 4.1.2 (debloated stock)
GPU: PowerVR SGX 540
DualCore Cortex A9 1,2 gHz (overclocked to 1404 mHz)
RAM: 1gb

What settings did you use? I've tried everything I can think of and the cars still have weird colours. I'm just about to pull my hair out haha
